The Self in 3D
Even though we are in a materialist society, somehow we are unaware of our physical self and our physical surroundings most of the time. We are lost in our thoughts, worries and plans. We don't notice our bodies, the way the move, the way we breathe, or even the surroundings we pass through each day.
Awakening to our physical beings can be a profoundly empowering experience.
This is the first step of our journey towards aligning with our higher self, Aligning with Our Divine Blue Print.
So how to get started.
First let's begin with just giving ourselves the task of becoming aware as often as possible each day.
Exercise 1.
Four Deep Breaths.
As often as possible throughout the day. Stop and take four deep breaths. Notice. Expand your awareness. Especially tune into your body, emotions and thoughts. And then notice the world around you. Take notes after each noticing if you like.
Other Exercises for the Month.
Start a Movement Practice.
You may choose to start exercising or doing yoga. Or exercises connected to mind body awareness like Thomas Hannah's Somatics.

Whatever you choose, make sure the practices are engaged in with a type of mindful awareness that helps to bring more consciousness into the physical being of your body. Some of you have engaged in the ATB exercises, these are also great ways to connect our awareness to our body.
